Free delivery on every order

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order amount, anywhere in Pakistan.

How long it takes

Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 days. Before we ship, we will call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave at checkout to confirm your order.

Cash on delivery

Pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount shown on your order confirmation ready. All prices include sales tax.

Use your order number and mobile number on the Track your order page, or WhatsApp us on 0370 5760545.

If we can't reach you

If we cannot confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, we may hold or cancel it. Please make sure your mobile number and address are correct.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, please call or WhatsApp us on 0370 5760545 as soon as you receive it so we can help.

Returns

Delivery is free, but if you return an order the delivery charges are deducted from your refund. See our refunds and returns policy.
