These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Best iQ Nutrition, 39-Block 2, Sector C-2, Butt Chowk, College Road, Township, Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include sales tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders

• After you place an order we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. Your order is accepted once we confirm it.
• We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if a product is unavailable, or if the details given appear to be incorrect. If that happens we will let you know.
• Payment is cash on delivery.

Delivery

Delivery is free across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates. See our shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

You can return products as explained in our refunds and returns policy. Delivery is free, but on a return the delivery charges are deducted from the refund, unless the product arrived damaged, wrong or expired.

Product descriptions on this website are based on the product packaging. Always read the label and follow the preparation instructions on the pack. Information on this website is not medical advice.

Mother's milk is best for your baby. Use infant formula only on the advice of a doctor or health professional.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
